Training
The company offers personalized training, adaptable to different needs and divided into targeted modules based on requirements. The training provided is highly qualified and meets the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. The instructors are highly specialized with experience in the Armed Forces in complex foreign theaters. Resilliance has adequate facilities for immersive experiential training. One of the locations available is located in Fornovo (PR) at the "La Carona" training base, built in the Italian Air Force's aviation fuel depot in the 1930s. It is a center of excellence for training, development, and testing in the underground environment. The base is used for training not only military personnel, including Special Forces and Italian and foreign police forces, but also civilian personnel.

Professional Training
Several joint military exercises have been held in the area, including the first phase of the "Mouse Trap 2024" exercise, which focused on underground combat capabilities. In 2025, the area will host further activities as part of the project to establish a new unit of the 8th Engineer Regiment for the conduct of underground operations. The unique training area is equipped with:
- 33.000 m²
- 8,000 m² of walkable underground surface area wired with a fibre optic network and technological systems to support training
- Off-road 4×4 route
- Helicopter Landing Area Airstrip
- Mixed technical pedestrian route with obstacles, slopes and impervious areas
- Meeting room, guesthouse and canteen
- Control Room where all the technological systems are centralized, allowing for monitoring activities and activating special sound, light and smoke effects.
For civilian personnel, training and education are provided to prepare security (and non-security) personnel to effectively address risky situations and perform their responsibilities professionally. This may include training courses for corporate personnel on emergency management, special courses, security guidance, study of applicable laws, professional ethics, and the use of specialized equipment.
