Art 28 TULPS
Art.28 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Royal Decree 18 June 1931, no. 773) regulates the mandatory prefectural license for the manufacture, trade, import/export, storage and repair of war weapons, war-type weapons, ammunition and armament materials.
